By accessing and using the services provided by RDPFlow ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

RDPFlow provides remote access services, including Windows RDP workspaces and VPN access, with VDI planned. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Services are provided on a prepaid basis. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account in a timely manner.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk emails
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Engaging in activities that may harm or disrupt our network
• Reselling our services without authorization
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that exceed normal usage patterns or that negatively impact our infrastructure. We may limit bandwidth, storage, or CPU usage as specified in your service plan.

7. Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups of our servers, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data stored on our services. We are not responsible for any data loss.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by RDPFlow are our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RDPFlow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
